Right of Withdrawal

This information applies to consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. A consumer is anyone who enters into a contract for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (PACE ORGANIZATION LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000, Casper, WY 82609, USA, email: thepaceprogramming@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry for The Pace 60

The Pace 60 is an individual training plan created for you and delivered as digital content (PDF). Your right of withdrawal expires early once we have started creating your plan, provided that at checkout you (1) expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and (2) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We confirm your consent and acknowledgement by email after your purchase.

Memberships with a free trial

For The Pace 90 and Compete, the contract is concluded when you sign up for the free trial. The 14-day withdrawal period starts on that day. During the 7-day trial you pay nothing; you can also simply cancel within the trial.
