Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 6, 2026

1. Who is responsible

This website is operated by PACE ORGANIZATION LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000, Casper, WY 82609, USA, email: thepaceprogramming@gmail.com (“we”, “us”). We are the controller responsible for the processing of personal data described in this policy, including within the meaning of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

PACE ORGANIZATION LLC is a separate company. It is not the operator of thepace.de, which is run by a different legal entity with its own privacy policy.

2. Visiting this website

When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical data to our hosting provider: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, browser type and version, and operating system. This data is needed to deliver the website and to keep it secure, for example to detect and block attacks.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: log data is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes and is deleted automatically by the hosting provider after a limited period.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., USA. Netlify processes the data described in section 2 on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Because Netlify is located in the United States, data may be transferred to and processed in the US. Such transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or otherwise on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Cookies, fonts and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising pixels, and it does not track you across websites. Fonts are stored on our own server, so no connection to third-party font services such as Google Fonts is made when you visit. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will ask for your consent first where required and update this policy.

5. Contacting us and coaching requests

If you email us or send a coaching request, we process the information you provide (such as your name, email address, your message, training goals and level) to answer you and, if you wish, to prepare a coaching offer.

Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: we delete enquiries once they have been dealt with, unless they lead to a contract or we are required to keep them for legal reasons. Please do not send us health information by email unless we ask for it.

6. Training programs on FITR

Our monthly programs and coaching are delivered through the training platform FITR, operated by Fitr Holdings Limited, United Kingdom. When you sign up, create an account, log workouts or chat with your coach, this happens on FITR. We receive and use the data needed to deliver your training: your name, email address, subscription status, logged results and messages with your coach. FITR’s own privacy policy also applies to your use of the app.

Legal basis: performance of your contract with us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: for the duration of your membership or coaching and afterwards only as long as required by law, for example for tax purposes.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through our own Stripe account by Stripe, Inc., 354 Oyster Point Boulevard, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA. Stripe receives the payment data you enter (for example card details) and processes it under its own responsibility and privacy policy. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, and your name and email address.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal retention obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

8. Health information

For individual programs (such as The Pace 60 or 1:1 coaching) we may ask about injuries, complaints or other health-related information so we can plan your training safely. Providing this information is voluntary. We only process it with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), only the coaches working on your plan can access it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing thepaceprogramming@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. We delete questionnaire data and photos no later than 6 months after your plan or coaching ends.

9. Email

We use Gmail, a service of Google LLC, USA (for users in the EU: Google Ireland Limited), for our email. Emails you send us are stored with Google, which acts as our processor; transfers to the US are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

10. Who receives your data

We only share personal data with the service providers named in this policy, with our coaches where needed to deliver your training, and with authorities where we are legally required to. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

11. International transfers

We are based in the United States, so personal data from the EU, the UK or Switzerland is processed in the US. We rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or on Standard Contractual Clauses, and take additional measures where necessary to protect your data.

12. Your rights (EU, UK, Switzerland)

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, email thepaceprogramming@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live.

13. US residents

Depending on the state you live in, you may have rights to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. To make a request, email thepaceprogramming@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

14. Children

Our programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

15. Changes

We update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always available on this page, with its effective date at the top.
